I found this place via groupon and i called them to be sure they had times that worked with my schedule. The owner/front desk was nice enough to give me the groupon price for a facial which i thought was super sweet. I arrived and the whole vibe of the place was very relaxing, soft gentle music playing, and the owner was there to help guests with any inquires and walk ins. Diana did my facial and she even added in a nice shoulder/neck massage which was nice. She gave me tips and recommendation on my face and what i should and shouldnt use. MY ONLY issue was that she talked a bit too much and it was hard to enjoy the facial and relax as well. I learned so much personal things about her in the short time she gave me the massage that i figured didn’t need to be shared to a stranger. Im a nice person so it was hard to say in a nice way “can i enjoy this facial quietly” so maybe when someone is booking a massage or anything there is an option for a “peaceful” or “quiet” experience and after all recommendations can be shared. Overall it was an amazing facial but just a tip to maybe add that option. I will be back to try the other services

I had the most amazing Fire & Ice therapy session at Cryotherapy Med Spa! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and informed about the process. The treatment itself was incredible. The combination of heat and cold left my body feeling refreshed, relaxed, and recharged. I’ve noticed a huge mood boost, less anxiety, and my body just feels GOOD. It’s like a reset for both my mind and muscles. I’ll definitely be adding this to my self-care routine. Highly recommend!

This place deserves a 5 start review!! My husband bought me a package for Valentine’s Day and let me just say… BEST. GIFT. EVER. Diana did my facial and my skin was feeling absolutely amazin. She was so gentle and attentive, and you can tell she truly cares about what she’s doing. My face felt clean, hydrated, and glowing without feeling irritated or overworked. I left looking refreshed instead of red, AMAZING. And Carrie... WOW. Hands down the most unbelievable massage I have ever had. I’ve had many massages before, but this one was on another level. She found every bit of tension and melted it away like magic. I walked in stressed and walked out feeling brand new. Her technique, pressure, and attention to detail were absolutely perfect. Between Diana’s glow magic and Carry’s life-changing hands, this was honestly the perfect Valentine’s experience. 10/10 recommend. Already planning my next visit. 💆♀️✨

I’ve gone here several times through ClassPass, and I always have a great experience! Lots of services to choose from that support total wellness. I love the cryotherapy and leg compression combination, and the ionic foot bath is a must-try! The pricing is very fair, and the owners are friendly, welcoming people who go out of their way to remember their clients. EDIT: I just had my first service with Ms. Diana and she is FANTASTIC. I initially went in for another service, but Ms. Diana realized I had a contraindication—BIG shoutout to her attention to detail on that. We did wood therapy instead, which works the lymphatic system. I lost a total of 6 1/2” between 3 different points on my abdomen in one 45-minute session! She is very friendly and knowledgeable. I scheduled another session right away!
